**Important Info...Please Read**
Heat Press ONLY. Household iron will not work.
**Sublimation requires even heat (400º) and medium pressure for 30 seconds up to 4 minutes depending on the substrate you are using.
• Sublimation Transfers work best with 100% white Or light colored polyester fabrics.
• For t-shirts, most makers use tees made of at least 60% polyester which produces a vintage look.
• Sublimation Transfers will not work on 100% cotton and we suggest researching how to apply sublimation transfers before using!
• White and light colored fabrics work best. Transfers will not show up on dark fabrics. Also, the printer does not print white. Any white shown in the design will be the color of the fabric.
• All designs must be in ready to print form. If your image is low quality the prints will print low quality. So please be sure to take a quick look at your image and make sure it can be sized to the request without it becoming blurry. No graphic design is included in your purchase.
• NO IRON!! Sublimation transfers are not iron-on transfers! A heat press is required!
• Transfers can only be used once.
• We do not charge extra for gang sheets (multiple files on the same sheet). Fill up your transfer area however you need - with the same images, different images or one large image. It is totally up to you!
• Please provide your own ganged/ grouped graphics.
• Our turnaround time is just 1-3 business days!! Our default shipping is USPS Priority (normally 2-3 days transit for most US shipments). For extremely time critical orders, *RUSH Service as well as expedited shipping services are also available.
ALL TRANSFER ORDERS ARE FINAL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SUBMITTED.
A R T W O R K/ F I L E - R E Q U I R E M E N T S :
Files should be 300 DPI or more, Files that are less than 300 DPI could produce low quality prints.
Files we accept: SVG, PSD, PDF, PNG & JPEG.
Please do not Reverse/Mirror Image, we will do that for you. Multi-Designs & Gang Sheets are Allowed. If you have several "different" images that need to go on a transfer, they will need to be "Ganged" before you send us your file.
**Refund / Cancelations may be subject to a processing fee that will be deducted from refund total (up to 15%).
